 This is a lovely holiday home. Charming, a little bit quirky. Living space is about 150m2 and there\'s a 40m2 private roof terrace. The house is on 4 levels, including an attic that could be converted into a 4th bedroom. There\'s a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and a shower room. It\'s being sold with furniture and kitchen applianes which makes things a lot easier.
The original features add to the charm, floor tiles, stairs, and fireplaces in each room.
At some point you\'ll want to update the electrics and probably add a bathroom. Right now the bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom. I\'d make one of the bedrooms into a bathroom and make the attic into a bedroom - maybe with an ensuite. The outside rendering could use some refreshing.
Montseret has all basic amenities and is about 30 minutes from Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches, 40 minutes from Carcassonne. |
