 Lots of charm here. The main house is 300m2 on the ground. The first floor has been renovated and is habitable, the first and second floors need to be done. You can live on the ground floor while you finish the rest of the house.
There's another house to be completely renovated. It's 40m2 on the ground and has three floors. You could use it as a gite. Or live in it and use the main house as a gite.
The garden is about 230m2 and is very private, enclosed by stone walls, and has a small pool and palm trees.
The house is in the middle of the village, overlooks a square. Peyriac has all basic amenities and is about 20km from Carcassonne and 30 km from Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches. It's 5 minutes from the Canal du Midi.
