 This is a nicely renovated house and would make an ideal holiday home. There's no 'official' garden but the house is on a cul-de-sac and the current owners sit and eat outside without any inconvenience.
The house has about 70m2 living space. The living room and an American kitchen are on the ground floor. On the two floors above that there are 2 20m2 bedrooms, a dressing room, and a bathroom.
Azille is a lovely village with amenities that include a bar/café, a baker, a greengrocer, and a doctor. There is a small weekly market year round and in the summer there are often night markets.
The Canal du Midi is 5 minutes away, Olonzac - with all amenities - is 10 minutes, there's a recreational lake about 5 minutes away, Carcassonne is 30 minutes and Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches are about 45 minutes.
