 This is a sweet little village house on the edge of Felines-Minervois, a pretty wine-producing village.
The house has been restored respecting the original french features like the wooden and tiled floors. It's about 70m2 of living space on two floors and has a kitchen, a separate living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There's an attached barn that has had the first floor made into a terrace. There's also s strip of land in front of the house.
And the views! You could spend all day gazing out over the vineyards and hills.
Felines-Minervois has all basic amenities. Supermarkets are about 10 km, Carcassonne is about 20 km, and Narbonne and the Mediterranean beaches are about 35 km.
