 A 200sq. meters by 2 floors stone barn in excellent condition. It is possible to take off a part of the roof and the walls to create an inside courtyard and swimming pool. The structure is in very good condition and many of the stones are exceptionally large and a lovely creamy colour. Barn conversion is one of the most impressive renovation work that I have seen in the area.
Just 5 minutes from Olonzac, where you have all facilities from supermarkets to doctors, a very busy multi-national little town with delightful streets and terraced cafes.
The barn is in Oupia, a village on a hill overlooking Olonzac and is one of the prettiest villages in the area. (no risks of flooding). It really has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
