40km to Narbonne in the foothills of the Parc naturel du Languedoc

The Hamlet is private and is situated in a valley that you feel is yours. There are 10 HECTARES of land of which 5 HECTARES are prairies. The other 5 HECTARES are the forest that surrounds the valley.

The location is ideal, in between the foothills of the black mountains and the gorges of Minerve so the summer is hot and winters are mild. At the far end of the prairie, you find a lake where clients practice their fishing skills.

Nearest shopping is at St. Pons but Narbonne is actually only 40km away and the main road passes 2km away from the hamlet.

The gites vary in size from 65sqms to 235M2. Each has a large living area and terrace. Beyond the houses there is a 12mx6m swimming pool entirely enclosed by a stone wall and next door a tennis court.

The "pigeon house" now the main house is at the entrance to the hamlet. One main 100sq. meters living room with american kitchen and beautiful views of the valley,a bedroom and a 128sq. meter garage below. A part of the house, 65sqms x 3 floors has not been renovated.
