 Perfect vacation home, all renovated, just move in. It's a good combination of old charm and new convenience. There are some original beams, interesting little niches, a bedroom with the original terra-cotta tile floor.
It's about 95 m2 on three floors. The ground floor has a large lounge with a fireplace. An arch leads into the kitchen diner. There's also a WC.

You're about 30 minutes to Narbonne, Carcassonne, or the Mediterranean beaches. The Lac de Jouarres has a lovely beach and a windsurfing area and is only about 5 minutes away.
