This is something of a rarity these days: a traditional 'corps de ferme' with its outbuildings which hasn't yet been renovated.

The property consists of two long buildings situated opposite each other: one containing the living quarters and barns (270m²) and the other an open hangar with a closed barn at one end (180m²).

Both buildings are structurally sound and the roofs are in very good condition. The main house was, until recently, lived in and would be perfectly habitable while renovations were going on.

The properties are in the middle of a plot of 4,500m² which has its own well. There is farmland all around and lovely views of the Pyrenees.

The village of Belvèze-du-Razès, with all services, is just a couple of minutes away.
